Booking policy
Dear Customer!
PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES ARE INDICATIVE.
Your reservation is only valid if it has been confirmed through the system.
If you do not meet and would like to cancel or change the booked time, you can notify us via the system on the booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION:
If for some reason you are unable to show up at the salon at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Due to the fact that the reorganization will take time, cancellation / date change is possible free of charge through the system 48 hours before the booked time.
▫︎ The cancellation is made 48 hours before the date, we acknowledge the modification, so we still have time to give the date to another guest.
▫︎ If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, we will charge a HUF 5,000 standby fee! Please understand this, because this way we can compensate for the lost time and income of our hairdressers. The standby fee will be charged next time.

DELAY:
PLEASE APPEAR ACCURATELY at the agreed time!
It is in our common interest to arrive on time, because that is the only way we can perform the service you have predicted in perfect quality.
▫︎ If it does occur, we can accept a delay of up to 15 minutes.
Because our hairdressers work closely together, in this case we can only do the part of the service that can be done in the time reserved for you.
This is because your 15 minute delay will accumulate and the next guests may become congested, creating an unpleasant situation for the other guests.
▫︎ After a 15 minute delay, we cannot take the job.
▫︎ In case of a delay after twice 15 minutes, we ask for the full service fee in advance at the next appointment.
ABSENCE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION:
If you do not come to us at the agreed time without notice, and this happens twice, we will ask for the full fee for the service in advance at the next appointment, or we will not be able to receive you in the future.
